Wow, what a week. 2 month i had no idea on how to animate cartoon characters in 3D. A few youtube videos watched later, I knew the basics, but it looks a lot different on the practical side. You need to develop your set of skills. Which means get into the rhythm. You can't become great at something by doing it once or twice. So I spent the last four days without sleeping much on this cartoon. I'm now loving it. The 3D thing is absolutely perfect for cartoons. So expect more to come.
But for the rest of the year I'm either relaxing (you know I'm lying) or you find me working on another project. Greetings and salute. 2016 was an amazing year.

If you are on the right side and things are working fine people will follow you. But once things obviously work in the wrong direction and you start using excessive violence to bring your people back on the right path. I guess something is totally going wrong. February Rant pt 2. Chinese Year of the2015-02-17 13:10:01 So now I am indeed on holidays. In February. Temperatures are “OK” today but the index is showing downwards. Wow. Money is little, and I didn’t have the time to book a flight to somewhere. Great. Still checking for flights. Who the hell had the idea placing the main holidays in February? I’m now looking in the direction of South East Asia. There must be a country which does not require Visa for Germans and Chinese. I hope to find one. No way I am spending a holiday at 10 degrees Celsius and below. Now I hear the social democrat voice next to mine. “Be happy you have holidays anyway, you’re complaining on a high horse. There are people who have it so much…” Let me quote Tony Montana here in his very own voice. “FUCK YOU!”. Don’t need a damn Nietsche here. Anyway, It’s up to me. Make the best out of this time. Next Stop Moscow. Haha. 2 years ago New York. NY in February is no joke. Minus 20 and B to the Lizzard. Help me out. I went to see my old friends there. No Biggy. But we already had connection flights to LA. “Mei you Guanxi Le” as the Chinese say. Year of the sheep. Yeah man. I was born in the year of the sheep according to the Chinese calendar. So for the next 3 days I might stay away from eating sheep. Give me firecrackers instead. I’ll blow the whole block up! Just wouldn’t do this with the Chinese Firecrackers, because they always have a double explosion. They are quite strong and the “Bang” is satisfactory. Just the 2 shots I think take away all the fun. I like to throw my firecracker and wait for the “bang”. With a doubleshot, you might throw it. But the chance it bounces back into your face is still very high. So these are “mos defo” no carefree firecrackers. I think I don’t want to worry about my firecrackers at all. I’m the “just Do It” guy. Throw it and then “whaaam”. I’ll still buy a lot but I will check next time if there is any chance to get the “Super D” type of crackers we used in Germany over here. They are “Made In China”. I already Googled the factory somewhere in Hunan. Might be hard to get their product sent to Shanghai by express. Har Har. Hardly to find the delivery guys who don’t smoke like “Chimmineyz”. Might be under the category of Hazardous goods. Need to Check Taobao (Chinese Ebay) here. Maybe they have a special service. What would I give for some cool single shots. High horse anyone? Yep, me and at least I’m honest! So I hope for a happy celebration tomorrow. The day after tomorrow is the family lunch and family dinner, with a lot of rice wine. If you don’t hear from me I might be sleeping on the floor even If I tell everybody that I don’t drink for a 100 times. Before I came to China, I thought the people here can’t drink. Then when I came here exactly 8 years ago. My wife straight brought me to her hometown to meet her family. I didn’t drink a single drop of alcohol for 8 years since I was 20. Then I was sitting there with her uncles. All guys with very tolerant livers. Looking like they are exercising their techniques daily. She only told me they might want to drink with me. Great. A minute later I had my glass full of rice wine (60% alcohol) and everybody told me to “bottoms up”. Somewhere after some half an hour time span I must have lost it. I was wasted like a Muslim on his first drinking spree. Her uncles were able to feel proud. They won. I lost… Let’s see what’s up for this round… Share: >Comments(4):

I just wanted to make a cool coat, so I used the classic way on the outside and the neon lining inside to make it really stick out. Once I finished the prototype I was convinced i have to sell this.
